The inaugural Whitianga Death Cafe was held on Sunday, 23 September and attracted 12 people, 50/50 male and female.

Discussion was lively and participants were informed of the Guidelines, and agreed to continue meeting on a monthly basis.

Whitianga is a town of 4,500 people approximately half of whom are retired.

Listening to a BBC radio commentary, followed by contacting a Cafe in Auckland City.


What would you like your legacy to be?
