This Death Café was a departure in that it was facilitated by Kris and Brian and it was focused on pet loss.

The sharing of stories about our pets as they near end of life was a profound commentary on love and respect.

This was a time to cherish the bonds that we’ve shared with our pets to honor their loyalty, to provide the same care and companionship they’ve given us throughout their lives.

We shared pictures of our pets. We shared stories of our pets, and we talked about so many topics that are shared with humans and pets when it comes to end of life.

We should do this again.
