About Mindful End of Life:
Mindful End of Life offers compassionate guidance, coaching, and safe spaces for the mindful navigation of death, dying, and aging—supporting greater acceptance, well-being, and a deeper appreciation of life. I host these Death Café sessions to create an open and respectful space where people can explore these themes together through conversation.
What brings you to Death Cafe?
I’m drawn to Death Café because it offers a rare space where people can speak openly about death without agenda or expectation. In my work, I’ve seen how avoiding these conversations can create unnecessary fear and isolation, while gently turning towards them can bring clarity, connection, and a deeper appreciation of life.
What would you like your legacy to be?
That I have made a positive difference to people's lifes.
Thoughts for sharing:
“When we remember that life is finite, we may begin to live with greater awareness, kindness, and appreciation for what is here now.”
