What brings you to Death Cafe?
Seeking authentic connection with others in service to an evermore honest connection with myself . . . a desire to be grounded and consciously open to experiencing the limits and impermanence of being me with the support of others attempting the same.
I seek the soothing and comfort that comes from being in vulnerable relationship with accepting friends while simultaneously being in relationship with the vulnerable truth about myself.
I want to develop my capacity for dying everyday.
I want to learn to talk about death, to normalize the topic in my inner dialogue and in my conversations with clients and loved ones.
