About The Gypsy Social:

With so much of my personal life centered around bringing people together, it felt natural for that passion to carry into my professional life and lead me to a career in event planning. I'm also a spiritual seeker who felt called to pursue more meaningful work, which ultimately led me to become a funeral celebrant.

What brings you to Death Cafe?

The connections that bind people together have always fascinated me. After caring for my grandparents and other family members toward the end of their lives, I found a certain beauty in those moments and developed a deeper interest in death and dying. I love the idea of continuing to explore these experiences, learning from others, and having open, meaningful conversations about something we all share.

What would you like your legacy to be?

I want to be remembered for all the contradictions that make me who I am: adventurous yet grounded, deep-thinking yet lighthearted, social yet comfortable in solitude. For my humor, compassion, love of life, and ability to see the good in people. Most of all, for embracing life fully, loving deeply, and never taking myself too seriously.

Thoughts for sharing:

Well, we all shine on. Like the moon, and the stars, and the sun.
