About Jane McGee:
Part of my new drive to get to grips with death has been to become a funeral celebrant. This has made it even more clear to me that we as a culture have big problems with the way we talk about and deal with death and dying.
I've decided to start my own death cafe (totally separate to being a celebrant - I will NOT be using it to promote my business!) in order to play a small part in helping normalise talking about death.
What brings you to Death Cafe?
An urge to confront death and dying, to dymystify it and educate myself in order to live life to the fullest.
