I love talking to people from all walks of life, hearing their experiences and thoughts and having meaningful conversations. I also really enjoy getting groups of people together for a positive reason and in the past started a walk and talk group for people experiencing loneliness during and after the pandemic.
I'm a qualified counsellor and also a vegan cook.
What brings you to Death Cafe?
I've always felt as if I was strange wanting to talk about death and dying and often wished there was a space locally to do so without fear of freaking people out ! Death is inevitable and we all have a story to tell. that's why I decided to start one in my home town.
