About Jenny Martin:
I am an End Of Life Doula, a hospice volunteer, and grief group facilitator. I am interested in getting more people into conversations around death and dying that can facilitate expressing fears, thoughts, etc and in prepping themselves or family in the event of death. If more people are prepared, the after death process is so much smoother and less aggravating! I hope to see you at a cafe soon!
What brings you to Death Cafe?
I am enthusiastic about talking about death,dying, after death, sharing all sorts of thoughts and emotion around these topics. After all, it is one of the only experiences in life every single one of us will have , and there is no getting around it.
What would you like your legacy to be?
I would like to think people will remember my service as a healthcare professional, a hospice volunteer, a mom, wife, friend, and gardner! ( In a positive way) :))
Thoughts for sharing:
The body keeps the score - unknown or unacknowledged grief or fear will probably manifest in the body eventually. So there is a huge payoff in looking at these things sooner than later.
