About Authentic Perspectives:

Our team uses our collective strengths to provide the necessary perspective to help others find meaning and fulfillment. Our mission is to enhance wellness across all aspects of life. We believe that by investing in the well-being of others, we can create sustainable communities. We aim to empower both individuals and organizations with the skills to create authentic, sustainable
growth.

What brings you to Death Cafe?

One of our current pre-licensed clinicians, Alexis Witkovitz, specializes in providing care and holding space for those who are experiencing complex grief. Upon attending a Death Cafe, we fell in love with the intellectually casual, yet meaningful conversation that develops at a "Death Cafe". We wholeheartedly believe events like these can bring us closer to understanding one another, and lets us embrace the human condition with strength and enthusiasm.

Thoughts for sharing:

“Grief, I've learned, is really just love. It's all the love you want to give, but cannot. All of that unspent love gathers in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and in the hollow part of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go.” -Jamie Anderson
