About this Death Cafe

Authentic Perspectives is hosting this cafe in order to remind others that we are not alone in our experiences/curiosities surrounding all things death. We hope to further advocate for the destigmatization and normalization of all things related to death, dying, and grieving by chatting about "dark," things in a casual way. 

About Alexis Witkovitz & Lee Wagner

Alexis Witkovitz is an Outpatient Therapist at Authentic Perspectives. One of her areas of expertise, is holding space for those experiencing and processing complex grief. 

Lee Wagner, is a Veteran and Certified Death Doula. One of his areas of expertise, is working with other veterans and patients within hospice care.
