Death Cafe profile for Lana Robinson

Location: United Kingdom

About Lana Robinson:

I am a medical student with a keen interest in palliative medicine. I think one of the most important things we can do in medicine is destigmatise conversations surrounding death!

What brings you to Death Cafe?

I would like to learn more about the movement and hold my own Death Cafe to meet people and help spread the conversation.

What would you like your legacy to be?

I would like to make death a comfortable topic in my own circle of family and friends so when the time comes no one is afraid to speak about it and the end of life can be shared together.

Thoughts for sharing:

Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift and that's why it's called the present.
