I'm interested in death and aging because they are inescapable. Confronting an implacable force is preferable to ignoring or fleeing reality
What would you like your legacy to be?
To have helped someone see their existence in a way that helped them suffer less.
Thoughts for sharing:
The extent to which we live or die is related to how we view ourselves. If we identify ourselves as merely our bodies, fears and appetites, death is certain and life in uncertain and fearful.
If we identify ourselves as part of the entire process of the cosmos, we know that life will carry on in its marvelous procession and we will transform and emerge in ways we cannot even imagine.
