About Angela Laakso:
I am a Death Doula and Grief Coach living in Akron, Ohio. I am the owner and president of Astral Dragonfly, the name under which I operate as a death positive advocate. I am INELDA trained and NEDA proficient. I completed my Bachelor's degree from the University of Toledo with a focus in LGBTQIA+ communities and Death & Dying. I am currently a candidate for a Masters in Cannabis Science and Therapeutics from the University of Maryland. Also, I will receive my certification from The Grief Recovery Method in August.

As a death positive advocate, I have begun to hold Death Cafe's in my area and would like to network with others who have held them, and promote my events on this site.

That I made people's lives better.
