About Tracey Vickery:

I have a background in oncology nursing and I am a Soul Midwife (trained with Felicity Warner). I teach TLC (gentle holistic techniques at end of life) to care homes and individuals which was designed to be delivered to caring communities and can be used by anyone who is willing to make a difference to dying people. I am also a Mentor for newly qualified Soul Midwives covering the Midlands, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.

What brings you to Death Cafe?

I facilitated my first Death Cafe during the important Dying Matters Awareness Week in May 2019.  I am passionate about offering the opportunity to share thoughts and experiences in relation to this often most taboo of subjects.

What would you like your legacy to be?

Love, love and more love.

Thoughts for sharing:

In the words of Khalil Gibran,

'If you would indeed behold the spirit of death, open your heart wide unto the body of life'
