Lynda Anello has been working in the hospice industry since 2008, first as a recruiter and now in community outreach. Working in hospice is truly a gift that opens up the mind and heart to the immense value of living and dying well. A core component of the hospice mission is to facilitate the best possible quality of life through empowering patients and families to make informed choices about how they will spend whatever time they have left, in accordance with their values and goals. We know that experiencing a peaceful and dignified death is more likely with thoughtful and proactive planning, and we are honored to guide patients and families in accomplishing their goals at the end of life.

Facilitating open and honest conversations about living and dying is a central component to hospice work, and the Death Cafe is an excellent model for this purpose.
What would you like your legacy to be?
That I lived fully, stayed open and curious, always learning and growing, and that I lived with intention and engagement, always seeking to contribute to others in a meaningful way.
