I am a professional writer, qualified teacher, coach, qualified bereavement counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist. I have a long-standing interest in metaphysics and spirituality. I live in Saddleworth, a collection of pennine villages to the north of Manchester.
What brings you to Death Cafe?
A very deep conviction, based on personal experience, that we can only profit from open, mature exploration of the questions and fears that surround the subject of death - our own, and that of those we love.
What would you like your legacy to be?
To have shown up in the world in a way that teaches love, not fear.

I guess most of what I want to share is contained in a very short book I wrote last year, titled Dead Scared? Available in electronic form as a pdf document (the version sent to publisher) to anyone on request.
