About Jane Gould:
I am a music teacher, retired from school work but still teaching privately. I have a career background of Social Care work in child care teams and also in the Criminal Justice System having worked in the Suffolk Youth Offending Team for some years.
Death can often be a taboo subject and I am interested in breaking the taboo and providing space for discussion around the subject. When I read about the Death Cafe movement it seemed the appropriate place to start!
What brings you to Death Cafe?
A wish to provide a space for the subject of death to be discussed openly.
What would you like your legacy to be?
To have made a difference to at least one other life, in a positive way.
