About this Death Cafe

Our Death Cafe is free entry and can be attended by anyone (although adults only please!). There is no set structure or timetable for the evening, we aim to discuss some topics either together or in small groups and people are welcome to open their own discussions as long as they fit the theme. 

Drinks (including wine and beer) and some food will be available on the evening to purchase. 

Please also note that anyone who might want to attend but not take part is very welcome but please make yoirself know to the hosts when you arrive. 

About Mortuary Gem

Gemma works at the local hospital in the mortuary and cares deeply about opening up and removing the taboo around death. 

Rachel is co-hosting and is very interested in the concept of the Death Cafe and bringing people together.
