About this Death Cafe
This will be the one year anniversary of the Belleville, IL Death Cafe. The first Death Cafe held in the state.
We are a group of people who come together to talk about all aspects of death while eating cake and drinking tea/coffee. The purpose is to dispel fear because death is inevitable and learn to live life to its fullest.
About Maggie and Sharon
Maggie is a retired adjunct faculty member from SWIC (all disciplines of psychology) and taught Death & Dying classes.
Sharon is a retired nurse that worked in pallative care and now owns the Miscellanea House Cafe
