This is the last gathering for this year so do come along for festive nibbles and a chance to talk about all dying matters.

Empty handed I entered the world.

 Barefoot I leave it.

About Jos Hadfield & Karen Henry

Jos Hadfield has recently finished her training as a spiritual companion in end of life care. She has been teaching t'ai chi for more than twenty years and sees it as a tool for dancing with the positive and negative.

 

Karen Henry is a qualified nutritional counsellor. She believes that through informed experience we can all learn to nourish ourselves, each other and the planet
