Creating Conversations CIC is a Community Interest Company that creates open spaces for conversations about death, dying and grief. They do this by hosting Death and Grief cafes and facilitating workshops.
Chestnut Manor Care Home promotes and encourages open conversations about death and dying. They wish to make their space available for you people to come together, share experiences and have open discussions.
