About this Death Cafe

This event is sponsored by The Wisdom Space - a non-profit community interest company based in Wiltshire, England. We hold conversations that make sense of what really matters. Making sense of our own mortality is perhaps the most important conversation to have but many of us do not have a community or space where we feel able to talk openly about death and dying.

At The Wisdom Space, we run events around death, dying, loss and grief in person but wanted to open up these conversations to people further afield and to those who feel more comfortable chatting in an online space from the comfort of their own homes.  These death cafes take place seasonally regardless of how many people sign up to make sure there is always a safe space to talk about death and dying.
