About this Death Cafe
This August, as we cautiously emerge from the pandemic which has impacted life (and death) so much, this is a chance to share thoughts, insights and questions about death. And, in so doing, to grasp life. And to eat cake.
About Gemma Godivala, Reflection Funerals & Legacy Funerals Ltd
Legacy Funeral Service Ltd is a family owned and managed Funeral Directors in Aylesbury.
The business philosophy of Legacy Funeral Service is based on providing a personal, bespoke and efficient service to the community at a time of need.
James Burrett, Legacy Director, says, "we believe it is important for people to discuss their own demise with their family in order to A. carry out their wishes and B. relieve the burden of making decisions from their families."
Gemma Godivala found her vocation a year ago, when she founded her celebrancy business Reflection Funerals. She considers it the most profound honour to assist people through the caring act of creating truly personal farewells for their deceased loved ones. She belives there is such a thing as a good death, and there is definitely such a thing as a good send off.
Both Legacy and Reflection Funerals want to facilitate open and healthy death conversations.
