About this Death Cafe
12/8/20 - CAFE CHANGED TO VIRTUAL VIA DEATH CAFE - VISALIA FACEBOOK GROUP D/T current State of California lock down measures after decresing number of ICU beds in Tulare County. It is for the best we stay home and comply with Govenor's Stay at Home orders.
COVID Guidelines - ONLY 5 WILL BE ALLOWED DUE TO TULARE COUNTY INSIDE THE PURPLE ZONE.
This cafe will be limited to 10 people total including myself on 12/9/20 from 2-4 PM. Ten participants will be drawn from here and Facebook.
COVID Guidelines to attend
1. Bring your own chair; my home has a cement walkway easily accessible from the street but will require walking.
2. Wear a mask and wash hands prior cafe. Water and hand sanitizer will be available outside.
3. Dress warm and prepared to sit outside for the duration of this COVID Cafe - 2 hours.
4. Tea and Cake will need to be provided by each person attending, so please bring a little something to enjoy while in the company of others.
5. I have 3 dogs that will be banished inside, bathrooms will NOT be accessible.
6. Last but not least: "principles are that Death Cafes are always offered:• With no intention of leading participants to any conclusion, product or course of action.• As an open, respectful and confidential space where people can express their views safely.• On a not for profit basis.• Alongside refreshing drinks and nourishing food – and cake!"
