Telemundo 47 Presents: CAFE DE LA MUERTE

Telemundo Channel 47 explores the recent phenomenon of Death Cafés - salon-style meet-up where a multigenerational group of strangers meet over pots of tea to discuss the emotional, existential, religious, even legal aspects of death and dying. In "Cafe De La Muerte," Telemundo's Maria Araiz-Perec interviews Audrey Pellicano, co-host with memory artist Nancy Gershman, of Death Café New York City along with some of its Spanish-speaking members about the experiences that brought them together. As Pellicano tells us, the big draw is bringing to the table any topic at all, "with no judgement."
