Need advice on writing a Post Release

I am organizing my first Death Cafe, I have learned others have attempted and failed. I don't want to fail. So I am reaching out to a seasoned Death Cafe planner to assist and/or provide a composite to edit and send to local newspapers, etc.

I thank you in advance.

When I did my first cafe back in 2013, I contacted my local newspaper. They ended up doing an interview with me which was published in the paper, and almost 50 people showed up! I used the language that the site provides to describe the event. It's easier now, as many more people are aware of it.

Downtown Death Cafe

P.S. There is a lot of free art work online.
Keep your image clean and simple.
Make sure you include the address and hours.
The Death Cafe website really makes this easy for you.
Good luck! You will do just fine.

Questions

Hi
I'm thinking of starting a deaf cafe in my area. How did your meeting go? Are you doing another one? How did you get started? I would like to chat with you if you are available?
