A write up of The Lewisham Death Cafe
We met as usual at Costa Coffee in Rushey Green Catford SE6.
There were five of us on this occasion but we were pleased to be able to welcome a newcomer who had had some previous experience of a Death Cafe and was much welcomed.
She had also written a number of articles for journals and newpapers about Death and Dying so we gratefully shared our several views and experiences about Death, and Dying with her.
As usual, we found that during the two hours of our meeting there was no lack of things people wanted to talk about.
WE HAVE NOW MET EVERY MONTH SINCE WE STARTED IN NOVEMBER 2015: This was our 27th consecutive DC!
