Our 2nd Death Cafe
A write up of Tauranga Death Cafe
Last Sunday we hosted our 2nd Death Cafe in a local establishment, Grindz. It was a great turnout for such a wet day, we had 15 including the hosts. Many heard about it through the Meet Up website, and some word of mouth and facebook.
There was a lively discussion around euthenasia, being prepared for the inevitable and stories were shared about loved ones.
We decided to wait a few weeks before hosting the next, look at venues that don't have steps to make it a little more accessable. One of the articipants was 96!
All up it was a great afternnon, and a very positive start to this new Death Cafe.
