"Can we meet again?"

A group of diverse ages came together during the season of spirits and souls to talk about death at this first Death Café held at the Market Avenue Wine Bar in Ohio City. The conversation included discussions about life’s purpose to being aware of death’s certainty – allowing each of us to view our lives through the lens of gratitude and finite time. The makeup of the diverse age group served as the catalyst for a deeper discussion with many sharing personal memories of death and the passing of loved ones.
Time went by too quickly and the group asked one closing question – “When are we doing the next café?”
We look forward to hosting again and the next cafe will be held March 29, 2020.
