Intimate affair
A write up of Death Cafe Knoxville
The gathering was a small group of 7. We had a wide age range, the majority being younger, in their 20's. Everyone was very repectful and inquisitive, and the conversation flowed fluidly for the 2 hours. We got off topic briefly a few times, but always brought it back to the main reason we were all there, to discuss Death and dying. The feedback forms were very positive, and the consensus was to have more structure. I will do better to explain the rules at next month's Death Cafe. The skull cake I made for the event was a big hit. I was caught up in conversation that I forgot to take pictures.
