About Death Cafe Girona:
What brings you to Death Cafe?
I started Death Cafe in Girona. For me thinking about death is a personal need. I think it is important to give people space to talk about death and dying, to live our lives with awareness. And also to improve our management situations such as family communication, our way of life, and in fact, our management in order to improve ourselves and our relatives.
Thoughts for sharing:
Dying is a process of live. Nowadays we aren't get used to talking or even thinking about our death. In spite of that, it's not an obligation to do it, more than a need that maybe you have in a period of your live. So creating the space to explore and share your thoughts, fears, and reflections about dead is maybe a way to increment the awareness in order to helping you to satisfy our needs.

I'm pleased to tell you that the first Death Cafe Girona was really successful! We had 33 participants and we shared our thoughts about death and dying in groups of 5 people. Accompanied by coffe, tea, juices and cookies and cake that I did myself.
I upload here some photos from the event.
The next will be soon!
