About David Abel:
Being a funeral celebrant I am priviledged to work with families at what is usually a most difficult time for them.
Married 43 years with three adult children and seven grandchildren.
My hobbies include travelling in our motorhome and mentoring other celebrants.
What brings you to Death Cafe?
I love the concept of bring the 'D' word into the public arena. Assisting people to openly share their thoughts and maybe fears.
What would you like your legacy to be?
I would ike to be remembered for instigating heartfelt training programmes for celebrants in the UK. Knowing the people I have mentored truly desire to make a difference in the lives of the bereaved.
