The Death Cafe Midland has been running for about 2years now. I love that we can have this safe & supportive space to gently and openly discuss all things, death, dying and how we can live our lives more fully everyday, once the conversations begin
What brings you to Death Cafe?
I am an End of Life Doula with a passion for advocating all things death, dying and living life more fully once we can be prepared for our pending departure. As we all know, no one gets out alive!
Thoughts for sharing:
I am a strong believer that if we are more open to talking about death & dying and have had our conversations with loved ones and our plans in place then we can alleviate unecessary distress when it comes to time to be at the end of our lives and we can just be and have the full experience of time with our people.
