I'm an End of Life Doula, Spiritual Coach, and Legacy Project Specialist.

Difficult messy conversations, creative sythesis, authenticity, inspiration, and humour are some of the things I like most in life.

It gives me great meaning and joy to help people find calmness and peace around the concept and process of death. Otherwise, they're already dead.

What brings you to Death Cafe?

I've found surprising gifts in my own near-death experience half a lifetime ago. It's been an honour to companion others through the cascade of emotions and decisions and opportunities as they die, while living fully every second until then. The conversations triggered by a Death Cafe for me are no different than chatting that happens when planning a holiday, a party, or a trip. The ones who want a great journey....talk about it!

What would you like your legacy to be?

I believe each of us knows our own truth. If have given many hours of my own life to creating sacred space for others to remember and voice their truth. If some of those people continue and offer others the same opportunity, that is my amazing legacy.
