About Alina:

Hello everyone! My name is Alina, I am a contextual behavioral psychologist whose goal is to help people enjoy life to the fullest.

What brings you to Death Cafe?

I was inspired to join you here after thinking about the long-term impact we leave behind and the difficulty of discussing such issues. I recently attended a workshop on grief and dying, which deepened my understanding of the importance of talking openly about death and listening respectfully to the experiences of others.

What would you like your legacy to be?

I've been thinking about writing a book about how people keep "failing" in life over and over, yet they still stick around and go on with their lives. But honestly, I worry my laziness might stop me from actually doing it!

Thoughts for sharing:

mors certa, hora incerta (lat.) - the only guaranteed certainty in life is death, but when it comes, it is a great uncertainty.
