About Dana Mills:

I have a hunger for life.

I hold hope to persevere.

I believe in celebrating your inner strength.

I know we are not alone, so let’s work together openly to live into renewal and rejuvenation from the beginning, through the middle into the end of life.

I want to channel into a positive outlook and courageous energy to live life fully and completely.

What brings you to Death Cafe?

I believe that end of life care is a human right that involves living as well as possible until death, and to die with dignity.

End of life care is a learning process that provides guidance and support towards positive learning and skill growth to care for a loved one to have the most positive experience with death.

Death Cafes are open authentic spaces that are safe to have a good death or experience a positive response towards living into the ultimate life experience death.

What would you like your legacy to be?

I look to serve in a meaningful way that enhances the health, wellbeing, and quality of life of individuals and communities.

I would like to increase awareness of the human spirit as being resilient and encourage others to use their inner strength to thrive in challenging conditions.

I want to advocate for the human rights and contribute to building healthier individuals and better communities.

I want to hold space for healing and restoration that creates new opportunities and positive benefits and affects for all.

We live in bodies that are fearfully and wonderfully made - yet they are not immune to illness or pain."
