What brings you to Death Cafe?
To be able to offer people a space to talk, in a format that works, worldwide! Aiming to allow more people to have conversations and become more comfortable talking about death and dying.
What would you like your legacy to be?
For people to say that they knew me, they felt heard and seen by me, and that I offered them what they needed wherever they were on their personal journeys.
Thoughts for sharing:
If we open ourselves to conversations when we can, in advance of health issues, it can provide us with a more full life, and in a more peaceful place to begin our end of life journey. That journey could be far weeks, months or years in the future.
