About St Mary's Battersea:

We are a church locate right on the banks of the River Thames where Thames path walker cut through the church yard every day.

Highly visible and accessible our Grade 1 listed building is a perfect venue for a coffee and a conversation at a venue that has been a part of enaging with conversations about death for centuries.

What brings you to Death Cafe?

We have trained 14 people to be hosts with a variety of experiences and backgrounds from different faiths and none.  We are hear to listen, facilitate, signpost and provide a welcome with coffee.
