My goal is to help people fully live until they die. I believe that being aware of one's own mortality is a key part in healthy living. I am a Health and Wellness Coach as well as a Pilates instructor. I am also an End of Life Doula.
What brings you to Death Cafe?
Death Cafes are a very appealing way to get people to have frank conversations about Death. I love that the conversations involve cake and coffee!
