About Laurelle Fullan:
I am both a yoga/meditation instructor and an astrologer. I consider myself a lifelong learner, eagerly embracing life's journey with curiosity and exploration.
Throughout my career, I have accumulated a diverse range of certifications. My continued education has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide safe instruction to individuals of all ages and abilities, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
Through my movement, meditation, and astrology offerings, my aim is to inspire self-acceptance and personal growth. I believe that by establishing a regular practice, we can integrate the lessons learned on the mat into our daily lives, fostering greater self-awareness and well-being.
What brings you to Death Cafe?
I'm drawn to Death Cafe because I believe in the importance of open and honest conversations about death and dying. It's an opportunity for me to explore my own thoughts and feelings about mortality in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Additionally, I'm interested in hearing others' perspectives and sharing experiences related to this universal aspect of life.
What would you like your legacy to be?
My greatest aspiration is to make a positive impact on people's lives and be remembered as someone who embodied kindness. I hope to leave behind a legacy of compassion, support, and empowerment, knowing that I've helped others in meaningful ways.
Thoughts for sharing:
From the Collected Regrets of Clover: "The truth is, grief never really goes away. Someone told me once it's like a bag that you carry—it starts out as a large suitcase, and as the years go by, it might reduce to the size of a purse, but you carry it forever. I know it probably sounds clichéd, but it helped me realize that I didn't need to ever get over it completely."
