What brings you to Death Cafe?
I heard about Death Cafe in end-of-life doula certification. I would like to hold space for people to grow in understanding for death and dying. I think it would help us help each other better.
What would you like your legacy to be?
I would like my legacy to be that of love and genuine compassion for others. I hope to inspire others to be creative, curious self-learners.
Thoughts for sharing:
My opinion on death and dying is that we have distanced ourselves from this life process in the United States. Hospital experiences can leave people feeling misunderstood and alone. I hope by being more informed by the stories of other people we can learn to support this process better.
