About Life Urns:

We are a project whose purpose is to resignify mourning.  We want to live it from a place of peace and in contact with nature.

We sell 100% biodegradable urns, to contribute to reforestation and green burials in our country and Latin American countries. We also contribute to the process with holistic therapeutic accompaniments, enhanced for the most part through art and creativity.

We want to be part of a friendlier and more conscious farewell.

What brings you to Death Cafe?

Three years ago, I started organizing groups to share and talk about our experiences with death and grieving processes. With the aim of being able to create a space for listening, and talking without judgment.

Art and different tools are very important for our project, that is why our Death Café are organized in a rural art gallery, in the middle of nature, or in different locations, always involved with nature and wellbeing, which brings us from the beginning of these spaces a deep connection with ourselves and with personal and collective work.

What would you like your legacy to be?

We consciously want to thank Mother Earth and honor the beings who have disincarnated before us, through the planting of trees, through green burials, with human or pet ashes.

And as condolences to the families who have had to live through the death of a loved one. So that they can sow it as a gift to the earth and celebration of the life of that person who is no longer there.

Thoughts for sharing:

1.          Leave your roots on this planet, be alive, become a tree. (Veronica Falconi)

2.          To make peace with death is to give it the place it deserves in my life. (Veronica Falconi)

3.          The best and most beautiful things, cannot be seen or touched, they must be felt in the heart.  (Helen Keller)

4.          Grief is not a feeling, it is a capacity. It is not something that disables you, we are not on the side of the pain repetor, we are on the side of the pain practitioner. (Stephen Jenkinson)
