About Regina Grief Counselling:

Glenda is the director at Regina Grief Counselling. She is a trained end-of-life-care practitioner, grief counsellor and psychotherapist.

What brings you to Death Cafe?

She has had the pleasure of hosting over 60 death cafes (public and private) and has had thousands of conversations on dying, death and grief over the past years in Toronto. She relocated to Regina in 2018.

She would like to create spaces for conversations on dying, death and grief in her new home.

What would you like your legacy to be?

My legacy is my work with clients as a compassionate, non-judgmental space for them to heal.

Thoughts for sharing:

Recognizing death is an imperative for living a full, rich life. In our death phobic culture we have tried to ignore Death and the result is the culture and world we are now experiencing.
