I had the fortune to be with both my Parents at the moment of their passing. My dad went fulfilled and happy with his life. I realize now how great he was.
I believe my mom went trying to please my sisters. She had always said to me "she wanted to die at home with her things". She said yes to my sisters in their efforts to make my mom self mobile.
What brings you to Death Cafe?
I am goaled with making sure my children know my wishes for a "good" Death, no matter how hard the conversation is.
I am creating the possibility for this open conversation for all humans.
