Princess Alice Hospice is committed to nurturing Compassionate Communities and that includes facilitating events to discuss grief and loss.

We are delighted to be runnning this one jointly again with All Saints Church, Banstead.

A chat about death over coffee and cake might not be everyone’s cup of tea. But it could be a way to get people talking about a subject that will affect us all and is often avoided.

Death remains a taboo subject for many people to talk about openly. In our Death Cafes We bring people together in an informal environment, with no agenda or themes, just a simple, group-directed discussion. By doing this we aim to empower communities with the knowledge, skills, confidence and support to engage with death, dying and loss. Join us….
