About this Death Cafe

This is a special Death Café, for Dying to Know Day,where participants are invited to bring along a small object that reminds them of someone special or a pet who died. The session will be given over to creating a safe space to honour the memory of that person or pet and participants will be able to place their object on to a special table when they arrive and then to share a memory of that person/pet with the group, if they wish.
As with all Death Cafes, the space will be non-denominational, non-judgemental and anything shared will be confidential. It is not a bereavement or grief counselling session.
Places are limited to 15, and refreshments are served, so bookings are essential.

Entry is free but participants will be able to make a donation to either Beyond Blue, Lifeline or the RSPCA if they wish.
