About this Death Cafe
We meet upstairs at the North Beach Public Library to share tea, cake and conversation. In our free ranging exploration, we hear from one another and express ourselves around anything in our hearts or on our minds in regard to the end of life, dying, death and grief. Coming together to turn toward the subject in a safe space feels essential and important. We are happy to be part of the death positive movement.
While attendance is free, registration is encouraged, by contacting organizer Meg O'Shaughnessy who facilitates this monthly café where silences are welcome, all voices are invited and, in our listening, each of us is seen.
About Meg OShaughnessy
Meg is an end of life doula, who has served as a hospice volunteer since 2011, currently hosting this Death Cafe for the participants in a community support network, Next Village SF.
