About this Death Cafe
A picnic in the woods, and meaningful conversations. What's not to like?
Join us Sunday 23rd June for a Death Café in Queen’s Wood, an ancient woodland area in North London.
We’re gathering at Queen's Wood Cafe, 42 Muswell Hill Road, N10 3JP. This is an outdoor event so make sure you wear appropriate clothes.
After an introduction we'll split up in small groups. We'll find a nice picnic spot after which you'll be invited to share your food and drinks whilst having a conversation about something that affects us all but is hardly spoken about in our society: our mortality.
Many people who have been to a Death Cafe comment how uplifting and life-affirming the experience can be.
When: Sunday 23rd June 2019, 12noon - 2pm.
Entry is free. If you wish to help cover the costs a donation is appreciated. Spaces are limited and booking is required.
Please note that due to the set-up of the event we can't allow latecomers.
