About this Death Cafe
We are excited to host this forum in which people can talk openly about death.
Want to talk about fear of death? Want to talk about fascination with death? Want to talk about anything in between? All voices are welcome. Join us for candid conversation and cake, fruit and coffee.
Doors open at 6:30. Donations to defray the cost of refreshments are accepted but completely optional.
This will be a relaxed, non-judgmental group discussion about topics related to the inevitability of death. There is no intention of leading participants to any particular conclusion, product or course of action.
Death Cafes are offered all over the world, providing individuals the opportunity to talk openly about dying and death. These casual gatherings aim to "increase awareness of death while helping people make the most of their (finite) lives."
