About this Death Cafe
The eighth KENDAL DEATH CAFE will take place at the Brewery Arts Centre. We would like to extend a warm invitation to anyone who wishes to join a conversation about death and dying in an open, non directive non judgemental forum.
It is a discussion group rather than grief support or therapy.
We look forward to meeting you on Wednesday 3rd April. Beverages cakes and savouries will be available for purchase. Small donations towards the cost of hiring the venue will be much appreciated.

Susie and Jane have both worked in palliative care. Bernard Crettaz, founder of Cafe Mortels which inspired the first Death Cafe, said his ......'"misssion was to liberate death from tyrannical secrecy". We are interested in supporting conversations towards this liberation.
